Our 5 bedroom boutique guesthouse, is situated less than 45 minutes from Valencia and only 15 minutes drive from Xativa. The beach is half hour away. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Our five guest bedrooms consist of 4 double and 1 twin, all with air-conditioning, en-suite. Two of the double rooms have their own private terraces overlooking the pool.
The ground floor of the house retains many of its original features including a stunning double-height barrel vaulted ceiling, hand-painted floor tiles, huge fireplace and full height double doors to the street and garden.
We have a small bar for the use of guests with a good choice of beers, wine, cava and spirits.
On the upper floor each bedroom is named for one of Spain's most beautiful cities and individually finished to exacting standards of comfort and design. All the guest rooms are light and airy, with cathedral ceilings and tall shuttered windows.
The secluded courtyard garden houses a 11m x 3m swimming pool and further lushly planted terraces.
